Covid-19 Prevention Policy Update

During these unprecedented times we find ourselves in, we here at the Herreshoff Marine Museum are doing our very best to protect you, our supporters, during this Covid-19 outbreak. This does mean we will be enacting temporary changes to our shipping, return and exchange policy and our processing protocols.

Until we are given permission to reopen, we will no longer be processing exchanges or returns at this time. 

Orders are processed twice a week and handled by employees wearing masks and gloves. Packages then sit between 48 to 72 hours before they are shipped. Unfortunately due to these necessary protocols please allow the gift shop up to 10 days, from the receipt of order, to process and ship your items.
