Refund policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, however, Herreshoff Marine Museum will accept returns on eligible items for a period of up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Please take a minute to read through our returns and exchange policy below, and feel free to contact us directly with any additional questions or concerns you may have.   • All returns must be initiated with our store staff within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
  • Refunds and exchanges will be issued in the original form of payment or store credit.
  • All store concerns can be directed to store@herreshoff.org or call 401-253-5000. Please do not return items without notifying store staff. We will provide shipping return labels and be able to best serve you with notice of any purchase issues.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days after package receipt for your return to be processed.


The following items are non-refundable:

  • Returns initiated after 30 days of the original order purchase date
  • Returns received in damaged or worn condition
  • Final sale items
